I guess when I saw the word large, I thought it would be large. A medium to me, but it is a large. It works like a Kong and that’s what it supposed to do. One thing I’ll say my dog loves eating food out of it. Dinner time can take a long time when you have to stuff it into a Kong, While he digs it out and then brings it back to be refilled
