By far the best English-text book about the Hong Kong Police Force. Professor Ho had great insights and did his research from the perspective of an academic. He provided me with a few nuggets about HK's history that I did not know as well as a few little known facts about the force. I will not spoil the book for you by telling you what those nuggets and facts are. Also, for a change this book was not written by an expat who wanted to relive his exploits on "those Chinese".
